ABOUT US

Founded in 2004, TECTO Arhitectura is an experienced design office that enjoys recognition both within the clients and in the professional environment, being distinguished by numerous awards and appearances in specialized publications.
The office is specialized in sustainable architecture and designing buildings with low energy consumption. TECTO Arhitectura’s portfolio includes projects of various complexities and spans, with areas ranging from 100 sqm to 63,000 sqm.
The office has experienced staff that focuses on customer requirements, responds to technical challenges and can act as technical project manager. The team is supported by both local and international offices (for consulting and specialized studies) to provide full design and management services.

WORKING BIM (Building Information Modelling)

Innovation in our projects is differentiated in the design and building phases of the projects: from the concept, which sets the priority objectives and the directions to be followed to achieve them until the implementation of technologies, systems and materials during construction, and then during the monitoring building. Close collaboration with structural and MEP designers makes it easier to efficiently integrate innovations into the project in order to achieve high quality standards translated into functionality, aesthetics, comfort, sustainability, economic efficiency and energy efficiency.

Through the intelligent 3D model-based process we ensure the good coordination between architecture, engineering, and construction. This leads to more efficient planning, design, execution and management of each project. Below there are a few examples that prove that out projects follow closely the incipient design phases. Working BIM allows us to keep the control over the project so that there are no differences between what was planned and what is executed.

SUSTAINABLE APPROACH FROM THE DESIGN PHASE

We have experience in building in Passive House Standard, Multi-Comfort Standard and even NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). Regardless of the aimed standard, through the design process we ensure that all our projects are built with healthy and comfortable indoor climate all year round, with low energy consumption.

DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Sustainable goals are an integrated part of each project in order to provide complete benefits for the user, from thermal and acoustic comfort to increased daylight autonomy and improved healthfulness of indoor climate. We are constantly improving our knowledge and design strategies through thematic studies and research to keep up with new theories and systems. In order to get the best results for each project, we do multicriterial performance studies, choosing the optimal systems for each construction element.
